I received the 3.2 Quart STAINLESS STEEL DEEP FRYER last night and had to use it. I was impressed with the amount of chicken pieces I could put in it which it was fried to perfection. I love the dual controls that this fryer features. With two dials, one for the temperature and the other allows you to set the frying time. I also really like the timing dial because it allows me to safely multitask without worry of overcooking or burning my food.
This is really high quality, stainless steel. This is really high quality, stainless steel.VERY impressed. I really like the cord comes off if pull or knocked . My granddaughter pull the towel off which pulled the pulled the cord off instead of pulling the whole frying on the floor. Safety first. 🙂 Looking to buy 2 more for my married children.

My 3 quart compact electric deep fryer arrived timely, well packaged and exceeded my expectations.

This is a very high quality deep fryer that is designed very well and obviously had a lot of thought put into it. It is also very attractive and performs perfectly.

This deep fryer is amassed with features galore beginning with it’s size. This is a very compact deep fryer that allows you to use it on your kitchen countertops yet it boasts a 3 quart reservoir that can handle frying up to 2 1/2 lbs of food at one time. Even when frying at maximum capacity each piece of food is completely cooked and left with a golden brown color and the almighty crunch that occurs when you are able to fry food to perfection. I think that the design of the basket is what allows this to cook so thoroughly and completely. It is what I consider an “open basket” design that is wider and flatter instead of the standard basket which simply stacks a lot of food on top of each other, which has historically resulted in about half of what I fried being undercooked, limp and greasy. With this basket each bite is cooked to perfection and is never greasy tasty.

I am really impressed with the lid on this because it serves two purposes; (1) it features a window which allows you to view your food while it is being fried while keeping you safe from grease splatters and preventing the oil from popping out and making a huge mess and (2) it is vented and allows that heavy fried odor to safely escape from the fryer in steady yet small increments so that your food doesn’t have the standard “home fried” smell, the grease doesn’t have that smell either so that you can reuse it and your house doesn’t smell like a deep fryer either. I think that the lid is pure genius. I love that I no longer get burned sporadically and that my countertops stay grease free. The deep fryer that I just retired had a lid with it also but it still managed to leave a greasy mess all over my countertops and my grease had to be changed after each use because of the odor that it retained after just one use. I’m seriously impressed that even my house doesn’t smell like fried food after use.

I also love the dual controls that this fryer features. It has two dials, one for the temperature and the other allows you to set the frying time. It has two light indicators on it as well, one indicates when the power is on and the second of which lets you know when the oil has reached your desired frying temperature. This is what I now consider a “must have” feature because if you place your food into a fryer filled with oil that is still too cool then you will still inevitably wind up with greasy food because the food will absorb the oil until it’s hot enough to fry. Thanks to the temperature indicator that never happens anymore and my oil is always the perfect frying temperature. I also really like the timing dial because it allows me to safely multitask without worry of overcooking or burning my food.

I have used this for frozen food and fresh food, all of which it has fried to perfection. The oil vent on the lid works so well that I can prepare different foods back to back without any of the foods absorbing the scent or flavor of the previously fried foods. I also like that I am not wasting so much oil because I no longer have to change the oil out after every use and thanks to the lid I can simply store it in the fryer itself or I can simply pour into another container until I am ready to fry again at which time I simply fill the frying tank back up with this.

Not only does this include a fabulous lid which prevents oil from splattering all over my kitchen while cooking which greatly helps keep the cleanup to a minimum but this actually has a removable oil reservoir. Instead of having to strategically clean the inside while maneuvering the entire fryer around my sink I can simply remove the oil reservoir and easily clean it in my kitchen sink. This is large enough to fry 2 1/2 lbs of food at one time but still compact enough to store easily in my cabinets. This truly is an ultra fryer that is chocked full of nothing but “pros” and has made it much more pleasurable for me and my family to enjoy fried foods at home. I highly recommend this deep fryer and consider it a must have for every kitchen. I have replaced my old one with this and this is going to be a “go to” item for bridal/wedding shower gifts in the future. I received a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review which is what I have provided.

Nice Stainless Steel Deep Fryer, April 9, 2016

I love this stainless steel deep fryer. When it came I couldn’t wait to use it. I was impressed by the designed. I was well over due for a deep fryer, my last one I’ve had for about 10 yrs. Technology have come a long way since then. The last deep fryer I had I had to clean it right away because everything was attached to each other. With this deep fryer the insider reservoir comes out for easy cleaning. The only thing I wish the directions were a little clearer, because I was a little confused if the oil went exactly on the heating apparatus. But I tried to put the pan on top of it and it doesn’t fit that way so I was a bit nervous to put the grease directly onto the the metal part that heats everything up. Once I figure out that this is the way it is, I figured it was safe or they wouldn’t made it like this. I fried chicken and french fries and had no problems. It does however require a lot of oil more than the average store bought oil. I needed about one and half bottle. No deal breaker for me. I was able to fry in less the time because the basket is so big. I love that it has a timer and it does heat up pretty quick. I would definitely recommend this product.

I received this product for a discount in exchange for my complete honest and unbiased review. These opinions are completely my own. I take pride in reviewing products from my own experience and my own point of view and giving my honest and unbiased opinion.

This is a great little fryer. It cooks enough for 2 servings at a time, do not overload. It has a nice list of features. The basket is very handy, the temperature guage and ready light work well and the lid with vents and a filter help reduce the grease smell in your house. Some foods with a lot of moisture will not fry well with the lid closed and even with the lid closed you will not eliminate the odor completely. I set this up on my stove when I use it so that I’m able to use the exhaust fan as well and then I am able to eliminate all of the smell. It cleans up nicely and I’m able to store the oil in it between uses for weeks.

The previous reviews clearly were not using as this is intended. I suspect they were overfilling with oil/food/both.

A great gadget. No spills, no over boils, no stink, no mess.

Ensure your food is patted dry…or use a bit less oil if you don’t want an over boil of grease coming out of the top.

It also says, to prevent food gunk sticking to pan..like hand batter fish don’t use the basket. I just put the basket down into the grease and drop the fish in. Didn’t stick.

Easy to clean. Lid lifts off, and it has a small catch for when you open the lid in the back of the unit.

I think it was easy to clean. Lid comes off, filter pops out, bowl lifts out and the bowl is immersable. Little hot water and Dawn and like new…

It took about 51 ounces of oil.

Order extra filters, it only comes with one.

This fryer is way better than the one I bought a few years ago [the fry baby]. The only word of caution I want to share with folks is to really remove the ice crystals from food before putting in the fryer. The ice crystals make the oil boil up too much and will cause leakage. I had this happen the first time I fried, and since then I rinse the chicken wings under cool water and shake em off before putting them in the basket.

If anyone is wondering, it takes a bottle and a half of cooking oil to get to the “max fill line”, which is where they recommend it to be.

The cooking/draining basket is probably the best feature of the product because you can let the oil drain off before putting the food on paper towels. I’ve noticed a lot less grease on my paper towels after letting the food drain for a couple of minutes.
