This breadmaker works great and it’s super easy to use! My family and I were not big bread eaters before purchasing this breadmaker, however I think that’s about to change. With just a few simple ingredients most of us have around the house, with the exception of the yeast which is very easy to purchase at any grocery store, you can bake yourself a fresh loaf of bread anytime you want. The bread that comes out is thick/dense like the loaf of bread you would find at a fresh bakery and tastes absolutely delicious – you’ll never want to eat grocery store bought bread again . The machine is quite compact and lightweight – see comparison photo next to the stand mixer, it actually is slightly smaller. It’s very quiet while kneading the dough inside and has a built in timer to remind you when it’s done . There is a peek through window on the top so you can watch what’s happening inside – I enjoyed watching it as much as my daughter did. The instruction manual comes with several recipes for beginners/ first time breadmakers which makes it easy to get started. I am really excited about the nut/fruit additive tray and can’t wait to make myself some banana walnut bread, or cinnamon raisin bread or… The possibilities are endless! I did receive this product at a discount for my honest opinion and review – and I’m sure glad I jumped on the deal. We have had the breadmaker for a few weeks now and it seems to be holding up quite well with weekly use and I like that the bread pan is dishwasher safe, making for easy cleanup. What are you waiting for – buy this machine and start making yourself some fresh homemade bread!

I was so excited when my machine arrived! Ripped the box open pulled everything out and… no instruction manual. I searched online for this brand and could not find one. The ones I found were for a different model. Being impatient and needing to get right on my bread baking, I just jumped in. The box gave enough detail for me to figure it out. When the first loaf finished, my family was swarming the kitchen wanting to try it out. PERFECT! Even my picky eater loved it. While the next loaf was baking I decided to contact the seller concerning the missing manual. Not only did I received a response in like 5 minutes (seriously) but an apology and a downloadable manual. Now that’s customer service!!! Moral to the story, the bread maker is so easy to operate, you don’t even need a manual, and if you have any problems this seller fixes it quickly. I received this bread maker for a discount for an honest review. The discount in no way shaped or formed my review but the machine itself and the customer service did!!!

This is a fairly decent and smaller footprint bread maker in the moderately priced models. I’ve made bread for many years and have had a number of bread makers during that time. I bought this one because of it’s smaller size to use in my RV.

Pros: Makes a tasty good loaf. Crust settings seem accurate. Even though it’s lightweight, it didn’t walk all over the counter while working. It is fairly quiet (except for the fruit drop moments)/
Cons: Needs 2 paddles. I was hoping for a breadmaker that doesn’t need “managing”. This is not that. Without 2 paddles, a 1 1/2 lb horizontal loaf’s dough flops all over in the pan, but often just stays on just one side flopping. Because of this, if you want to get all the ingredients mixed, you have to use a soft, non-scratch spatula to help “stir” in the dry ingredients. Unfortunately, they mention this in the manual so it is a known problem. Once you have all the dry ingredients mixed in, it is fine though, unless you are adding fruit or nuts. The automatic fruit/nut dispenser works (very loudly), dropping those ingredients in by itself, but in mine, they usually drop into the opposite side of the pan. I make a lot of cinnamon raisin bread and unless I’m watching and shoving them in after they drop, a big chunk of them end up at the bottom of one corner–again a problem with a horizontal loaf with only one paddle. From now on, I will just add them myself. There is also no clear button if you accidentally push the wrong program and then push start. The only way to fix it is to unplug the unit from the wall and wait 10 minutes for the program to clear the memory. Then you can reprogram and start again.

That being said, the bread tastes wonderful and the bread maker will serve my needs in the RV well enough that I’ll keep it and continue to babysit it.
