Hey guys I hope you can vote this post up so people can know what they are purchasing. First of all, the positives of these containers is that the appearance looks nice and i love the portion sizes, but honestly for the amount that is being paid for them i expected more. The material the containers are made out of is very flimsy. The plastic seem very fragile and is very thin. I would not recommend anyone purchasing these containers if they expect more than a 6-8 month lifespan (every day use) on the containers. When i first ordered them I had high expectations of these containers seeing as they where suppose to be “higher end” (well that was the assumption due to the price $27) but upon receiving the order I noticed the plastic was very thin per container. I did not really care for it, but it did spark a concern. Like how long will the containers last? seeing as they would be exposed to cold and heat regularly. The good news is that the containers after a 2 weeks of use are still working the problem (and one of the biggest reasons for the negative review) is that upon receiving the plastic containers three arrived broken. I truly believe that this is a manufacturing defect. It also really highlights the containers weak points and where to expect the containers to wear and tear. I’m so disappointed in this product! Every single time I open a lid, it shatters (especially if it’s been refrigerated). I will not buy these again and I do not recommend wasting your money. I never leave bad reviews but I’m really annoyed. 4th lid in 2 days ruined.
